In regards to home buyer’s, I specialize in educating individuals and families about the importance of having mortgage insurance and showing what options are available. Over the years, I have seen the devastating effects of being ill informed and improperly protected specifically with lender provided mortgage insurance and have made it my priority to educate future and current home buyers. Lender provided mortgage insurance provides limited security, minimal choice and absolutely no control concluding in virtually no protection and high costs. I help families implement true protection by showing them strategies to replace lender insurance with a personal policy which gives my clients full control, flexibility, security and the protection they need at a more affordable rate (cheaper in the long run).
